Meet Annie, Our Health & Safety Manager

Annie leads the Health & Safety program at Lifesource Supplements. Over the past 5 years, she’s brought a wealth of knowledge and a hands on leadership style that keeps our people and processes safe.

Annie works closely with all departments to identify potential hazards, investigate incidents, and ensure that all safety practices meet or exceed current legislation and industry standards.

Outside of work, Annie is lady captain for her local golf club, Akebar Park.

• All new team members go through a comprehensive safety induction.

• Ongoing training is provided for first aiders, fire wardens, and equipment operators.

• We conduct in-depth risk assessments including COSHH, DSE, and noise evaluations.

• Our hazard register tracks risks across areas like machinery, chemicals, fire safety, lone working, and more.

• Emergency drills are regularly run covering scenarios from spills and fires to confined space and serious injury response.

Legal Compliance & Employee Well‑Being

• Statutory inspections ensure compliance with fire safety, asbestos, and equipment regulations.

• We maintain welfare facilities for all shifts and enforce site wide vehicle and pedestrian safety protocols.

• PPE and occupational health resources are provided according to risk-specific needs.
