Recommended Intake: Use in varying amounts depending upon your goal. Often from as little as 10g in some meal replacements, which is less than a small apple, to 100g in some weight gainers.

Use Malto Dextrin before, during and after training as part of a carbohydrate loading program.

Mix 30g with 300ml water (Vary strength according to taste).
