MSM is available as a tablet, powder, cream or Ice Gel.

MSM Tablets: Each tablet contains 1000mg Methyl sulfonyl methane

Use: As a food supplement take with water.  For maintenance take 1 tablet twice a day.  For maximum benefit take 3 tablets twice a day or as directed by a health professional.

MSM Skin Cream is a universal skin care cream suitable for all skin types. May also be used as a moisturising cream with a light lemon fragrance. 

MSM Ice Gel Peppermint with a cooling effect.
